Clarkson treble sees Belles maintain winning run

The Belles introduced midfielder Georgia Lane after the break and she made an immediate impact, pressing the Ilkley defence which resulted in a mistake and a goal for top scorer Katie Clarkson in the 46th minute.

Hide AdClarkson netted a further two goals after 49 and 60 minutes to complete her hat-trick, with Eve Hattrell sealing an impressive away win with a brilliant left foot shot in the 80th minute as Battyeford continued their excellent start to the campaign.
Battyeford Reserves gained their first point of the season with a draw at home to Farsley Reserves.
Sacha Hately-Lowe converted a penalty when Jo Currie was upended in the area only for them to be denied victory when Farsley drew level with an 85th minute equaliser.
The Belles face a tasty WR County Cup tie at Bradford City on Sunday, while the Reserves host Tyresal (ko 2pm).
